This is a great opportunity for Class 2 or 3 Marine Engineer, Mechanical Fitter or Industrial Electrician to get involved in a large scale project. Take a step back off the tools into a process health and safety role. Use your marine engineering or electrical knowledge to ensure safe systems of work (SSOW) are in place and being followed for authorized work onboard vessels. This will include working closely with Naval personnel and third party Contractors to: Review work orders (JSEA's) to ensure the scope is clear and sufficient to enable hazards, controls and isolation requirements to be identified.
