The role would suit someone looking for 2 - 3 days a week. The successful applicant would be undertaking smaller maintenance jobs as well as helping other team members on larger jobs when needed.
We need a reliable person who is not only experienced on the tools, but enjoys contact with people, can manage a variety of tasks, has an eye for detail and can provide exceptional customer service.

The nature of the work we undertake requires a background in general property maintenance, renovations and all aspects that are involved.
This includes but not limited to: General maintenance, carpentry - doors/windows. Painting - internal/external. Gutters. Assembly. Installation of range hoods, bathroom fans, tvs and other household items.
The successful applicant needs to be confident and trustworthy. They will be required to work alone or as part of our team of five as well as alongside specialised sub trades where needed. Work needs to be completed to a high standard. The ability to think on the go and interact with customers is a must.
Locations of work may include residential and commercial clients, schools, local government facilities.
Pay rate is negotiable on experience. Work van included along with phone and job management software.
