A Food &Beverage Duty Manager is to assist the Department Managers with the day to day operations A Food & Beverage Duty Manager is to assist the Department Managers with the day to day operations of the catering and beverage needs for our conferencing department.
This is an integral role as part of our management team, ensuring professional service and all systems are maintained during your shift. As the Food & Beverage Duty Manager you may be required to work in the café, conferencing or at external venues as rostered, whilst also ensuring all licensing requirements are met whilst acting as the Licensed Manager / Person responsible for the venue.
You are responsible for ensuring that the above Licenses are current at all times. If either expires or is lost for any reason, this may impact on the position as it will affect your ability to fulfil the duties required.

In this position, you are a member of the management and operational team. You are directly responsible to the Department Managers, and you are to work in unison with all members of the business to ensure a smooth operation at all times.
