CARTERS Kaiwharawhara is seeking another motivated team player to join a dynamic team. This close-knit bunch needs another go-getter to provide excellent service to its loyal customer base. As an Inwards Goods Coordinator you'll be expected to provide service and support to all areas of the business. Your initiative will shine here, as will your willingness to lend a hand - but mostly, you enjoy variety and the potential to learn. You'll have a range of duties - so expect to:

  • Check, receipt and record all inwards goods movements into the branch
  • Ensure all incoming goods are barcoded with accurate pricing
  • Always be providing top-class service to customers
  • Checking suppliers' products into our operating system
  • Ensure fright charges are applied and allocated correctly
  • Arrange returns for credit
  • Maintaining store / yard stock levels & product displays


The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:

  • Detail oriented with strong computer literacy skills
  • Have Inwards Goods or Stock control role expertise + a Forklift Licence is ideal
  • A hands-on type of person and enjoy variety
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to prioritise
  • Building industry knowledge is a plus
