Gibbston Valley offers a fully immersive wine and food experience.
We are one of Central Otago’s pioneering wineries and home to New Zealand's largest wine cave and the region’s oldest vineyards. Our passionate team provide wine tours, tastings and bikes packages; sharing our knowledge and enthusiasm for the region’s wine, food and the ruggedly-beautiful surrounds. Our range of dining options focus on local, seasonal and sustainably sourced ingredients, with our culinary team creating a harmonious blend of wine, food and place.

Who are we looking for
You are someone who is enthusiastic about great food and wine and you have a genuine passion for people! You enjoy being part of a close knit team and thrive in an energetic environment, you are professional, outgoing and have a positive and ‘can do’ approach. Previous experience delivering an outstanding customer experience would be an advantage. We can offer flexible shifts to suit you, and the standard shift length is 4 to 5 hours.
