Trade Centre Manager - Gisborne

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience by overseeing all aspects of store sales and operations
  • Developing a high performing team of Trade Sales Assistants including recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development
  • Driving sales growth whilst ensuring efficiency in operational costs
  • Building relationships with our diverse range of customers and the local community to become the region’s trusted source of industrial expertise
  • Ensuring a high standard of store presentation and merchandising to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining best practice in inventory management ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained and inventory records are accurate
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other departments for the overall success of the region and business

Our Ideal Candidate?

  • Proven experience (min 2 years) managing a medium – large retail, sales or trade sector operation.
  • An organised and passionate individual with the ability to take the team to the next level and build a great culture
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills coupled with initiative and ‘can do’ attitude will make you stand out.
