Churchill Park School is seeking a practical person, who is quick to notice when things need attention. We are looking for a proactive multi-tasker who is diligent, independent and can do the job with a smile. This hardworking team player has to enjoy being with adults and children. Key to the role, is that the property manager takes pride in what they do and wants our school grounds and environment to reflect that.
This is a busy role which requires quick reaction and resolution to issues as they arise. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while remaining calm, is essential as is an obliging and can-do attitude. Therefore the role demands someone who is active, fit and able.
Performance Appraisal will occur annually through the conventional school process.
The successful applicant needs to hold a current drivers licence and be prepared to be police vetted.
Hours are negotiable but currently 7.15am – 4.15pm, Monday to Friday.
The remuneration package for this position will be commensurate with relevant skills and experience, inclusive of four weeks’ holiday per year to be taken during school holidays.
