Our client Passion Fresh is on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Pukekohe. This is a part-time Sales role offering 25 hours per week (9am – 1pm) Monday to Saturday with flexibility to work in with customer and seasonal demands.
The main purpose of this role is to drive sales with key customers, delivering great service is at the forefront of our sales, so you will need to be an outstanding communicator, negotiator who can deliver on promise. You will hit the ground running at the peak of our season, so having a strong understanding of the horticultural industry, ideally cucumbers is a must!. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
·Liaising with key buyers
· Forecasting of product for seasonal demand
·Driving growth of the brand
·Determining pricing, product range and optimum distribution of the product
·Negotiating retailer terms (in consultation with the Managing Director)
·Promotional planning and strategy

What is Passion Fresh looking for?
·Previous sales experience
·Knowledge of the grower industry and experience working with suppliers/distributors

You will be confident working alone and taking initiative, however will also work well in a small team environment, to ensure deadlines are met. The successful Account Manager will be a real people person who enjoys building and maintaining long lasting relationships and will be essential in influencing the continued success of the business.
