Job Description

Purpose: 

A friendly Residential Property Management Company, based in Albany requires an experienced accounts administrator.  The role includes daily trust account reconciliation, MYOB, accounts payable & receivable plus general office duties which at times will include some property management.  The role is for 20 hours per week.  Days/hours flexible.  

* One year fixed contract to cover maternity leave.

General Duties: . 

  • Accounts Payable– Invoice management, MYOB, Company bank reconciliation.

  • Daily Trust account reconciliation and payment to property owners.

  • Process bond refunds and make adjustments to tenancy records as required. 

  • Water rates processing for properties under management.

  • Managing account queries.
  • Other duties that from time to time may arise that are ancillary to the above General Duties. 

  • Report performance goals weekly to the General Manager.
