Full time Customer Service and Call Centre

Job Description

Company Description

As part of the Meridian Group we have two brands, Meridian and Powershop.

Powershop is the world’s first online shop for electricity. We’ve worked hard to turn the industry on its head and have built a company that people don’t like but actually love. We put the power into the hands of our customers by building a shop for power that’s simple, rewarding and fun.

At Meridian, we generate electricity from 100% renewable resources (wind power and hydro) and retail electricity to more than 390,000 customer connections including homes, businesses and farms in New Zealand and Australia.  We’re committed to sustainability and are active in the community, proudly supporting KidsCan and the Kākāpō Recovery Program; among others.

Our purpose, our “why”—Clean Energy for a Fairer and Healthier World—is at the heart of our business, how we operate, and how we treat each other.

Job Description

Plus, enjoy YOU time by not working weekends and public holidays*! Did we also mention, we are a great place to work?
