Our Professional Services team is hiring multiple Resourcing Specialist roles to work exclusively on the Census 2023 recruitment project, one of the most significant government recruitment projects in New Zealand! These positions are fixed term for 4 months from 1st October 2022 to 31st January 2023. You have a solid support structure reporting to your local Team Leader, while working alongside Recruitment Consultants and your peers both locally and nationally. Comprehensive training will be provided too.
Your main client is Statistics NZ, and you will be surrounded by a team of experts, both internally and externally, who have been working on delivery design and operational excellence for the past year.

Ideally, we’d be keen on individuals with either inhouse or recruitment agency experience, however this is not essential. We’re keen to engage with proactive and fast-paced individuals looking to enter or step-up into the world of recruitment; if you have 1+ years’ experience in HR, Customer Service, Call Centre, Administration, Sales, Marketing, Community Services, Education, Training, Hospitality, Government, or a related industry we’d love to chat with you.
