About the opportunity
As an ideas-driven, ever-evolving and rapidly expanding company, we are looking for future General Managers in our hotels, across our various brands and locations. Joining the group as an Executive Assistant Manager, you will be part of our industry leading Leadership Development program, the Elevate Leadership Accelerator. Launched last year, the successful program has already placed several graduates in their first General Manager positions.
In the absence of the General Manager the EAM supervises entire hotel operations, assisting all Heads of Department and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. They are present, visible and approachable for staff and guests alike, particularly during the peak check in and check out periods. The Elevate Leadership Accelerator is tailored to the unique, practical and challenging on-the-job experience emerging leaders need. It is operationally based, working closely with a mentor. In addition, participants complete an external High Performance Management course, all about Leadership & Management.
