About the company:

Our client is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in technical, trades and operations staff. They’re making their mark in the industry with a loyal and growing client base and a small, cohesive team of experienced recruiters specialising in blue-collar roles. There are great opportunities for experienced recruiters to take over an existing portfolio of clients and to reap financial benefits from supporting the company’s growth. My client is looking for recruiters for both temporary and permanent desks. Applicants at the right level, could fast-track to a recruitment manager role.

The role:

You will be responsible for managing and growing your client portfolio and providing full end to end recruitment services, including:

·         Account management of client base to become a trusted recruitment partner

·         Sourcing and screening candidates to find the right match

·         Candidate care and support of their career development

·         Business development to grow your client portfolio

What our client’s looking for:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in recruitment. Agency experience is preferred, but this is not a deal breaker if you meet the other requirements of the role. You will need:

·         Experience with blue-collar roles.

·         Drive and motivation to achieve goals.

·         Excellent people skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.

·         A strong sense of doing what’s right for clients and candidates.

·         Attention to detail and thoroughness when assessing candidates.

·         A confident, optimistic and resilient personal style.

·         Ability to think outside the box to find great people.

·         NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
