We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a welcoming atmosphere in our Motel Office. The hours offered would be between 15-18 hrs per week.
Our Motel is very central to Hamilton City and mostly caters to Corporate Guests (we are not an Emergency Housing provider).
Prior experience in the Tourism/Accommodation industry would be preferred but any Front Desk experience will be considered.
Job Summary and Requirements:
* Have excellent customer service and communication
* Excellent in written, verbal English communication skills and phone manner
* Job includes making bookings, checking in guests, answering emails, checking motel rooms and other various office duties.
* Laundry duties as needed
