CONTRACT CLEANERS/CARETAKERS

Starting time is flexible from the beginning of March, this is a live-in contract position; our furnished 2 brm "Hippie House" with gorgeous views is supplied at a subsidised $350pw rent, including power, internet, firewood and more. Duties mostly involve house cleans/changeovers, dealing with guests as required, and occasional property management when the owners are away. This job is best suited for a practical couple, potentially with other part-time job(s) or art/hobby they require time to pursue. Because of our location and variety of tasks our preference is for a couple to job-share the role

Hours vary according to bookings/season, approx 20-30 hours a week for one person (job can be done by one person or job-shared) and usually between the hours of 10am-3pm, $26 an hour, full training given. Will need to be quite fit and physically able, and must be able to service accommodation units to a high standard. You will have to like the outdoor life as we live very close to nature, the nearest shops are a 20 min drive. Minimum 1 year commitment. No pets sorry.
