We’re currently on the lookout for customer focused individuals to join our high performing Sales & Service team. The desire to travel has returned to New Zealand, and we need to grow our amazing team.  

We currently operate Monday to Friday 8.30am to 7pm, and we currently have full-time and part-time positions available. We're also looking to be there for our customers even more and extend our operating hours to cover the weekend. To do this we’re also keen to speak to people who would be keen to work either Saturday or Sunday or even both!  

On an average day in our Sales and Service Centre, you may be:

  • Talking to customers from a variety of backgrounds, responding to their queries about our products and services on multiple channels, most importantly phone, email and live chat.
  • Helping to problem solve and provide practical solutions to our customers, identifying their needs and taking appropriate action.
  • Managing admin tasks associated with customers and insurance policies.
  • Using your sound judgement to deliver an exceptional customer experience!

Does this sound like you?

  • You have a natural customer focus personality.
  • Experience in working with customers be it through call centers, retail or hospitality.
  • You’re an excellent communicator with a great phone manner and written communication skills.
  • You can demonstrate great problem-solving skills and have excellent attention to detail.
  • You’re resilient and can work well under pressure, while remaining empathetic to every customer’s needs.
  • You’re digitally savvy and a quick learner.

Full training is provided. You will be supported to continually learn and improve your skills, share knowledge and ideas and be part of an amazing values-based culture where people are at its heart.  We're here with you and your whānau.
