“We are seeking a relief manager at arguably, Taupo’s most successful accommodation complex – Sacred Waters Taupo Luxury Apartments

We are seeking either an individual or a couple to cover the owners for when they have time off. Owners are extremely flexible and will work with the right applicant (s).

The current owners are looking to take some much needed time off and are offering an attractive package to the right couple.

This role includes, a luxurious Manager’s apartment in Taupo’s premier accommodation apartment complex when relieving the current Managers and days worked can be tailored to suit all parties

The successful applicants must have the following attributes:

1.       Plenty of energy

2.       Like being busy

3.       Unreserved commitment to our guests comfort and stay

4.       An eye for detail

5.       Good computer literacy across WORD, EXCEL,  and reservations software

6.       Excellent time management skills

7.       Problem solving ability.

8.       A hands-on attitude

9.       Some practicable knowledge of basic maintenance

10.   Very clear and precise communication

11.   The ability to deal with wholesalers, retail travel agents, OTA’s (online travel agents) and guest enquiries by phone and email.
