Due to our growth and internal staff developing and moving to other roles, we are looking for Contact Centre Representatives (Hearing Care Specialists) to join our Team. We are nationwide with our main support office based in Albany. We offer Flexible working hours and work from home options.

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Standard hours 8.30am - 5.00pm but can be flexible to work with you.

Our Contact Centre is an integral part of the business, providing the first point of contact to our clients. This first impression is the start of their client journey with us and is a key part of our success in the industry.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Experience working in fast paced contact centre / retail environment
  • Motivated to grow and develop
  • A positive attitude and able to work in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs

The role will entail:

  • Outbound calls to existing clients in the database, or clients generated through iPad or online hearing tests to book FREE appointments (No cold calling)
  • Accurate recording of client information.
  • Dealing with voicemail and email enquiries.
  • Reaching daily and monthly KPI Targets.
