We are looking for an administrator to join our team in Hornby. Experience in administration with previous customer service experience is a must and a need to provide EXCELLENT customer service is non negotiable. This role involves face to face dealings with customers including enquiries and complaint resolution, relating to suppliers and dealing with stock. This is a challenging position that will require problem solving, people skills and a high level of organisation. The role is 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, can be flexible.
You also have the opportunity to learn while you earn! Enrol in the Retail Apprenticeship through Smiths and receive a generous bonus when you pass both Levels 3 and 4.
