Our brand new The Warehouse store will be located in the Three Parks Retail Centre on Sir Tim Wallis Dr, estimated to open in late September 2023. We are hiring now, with an estimated start date of late July for Shopfloor and Nightfill roles, and late August for all remaining roles. This will give us time to train and equip you with the tools needed to succeed!

Admin Team Member- For this role, any previous experience in administration roles will be advantageous.You will be responsible for looking after stock control, monitoring team member compliance, reporting, liaising with vendors, invoicing, and complete stocktake duties.
Apparel 2IC - As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the Apparel Manager to lead and coach your team to success. Your creative eye for visual merchandising and planograms will help to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Apparel - In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their apparel needs and ensuring the department is visually appealing by creating attractive displays and arranging merchandise. Your knowledge of the department's layout will be crucial in ensuring that gaps are filled with appropriate products.
Availability (Nightfill) 2IC & 3IC - In this role, you will work closely with the Availability (Nightfill) Manager and 2IC/3IC by being responsible for stock availability, the process of re-stocking shelves, and the Nightfill team.
Checkout Team - In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive speedy service at the checkout, while also making them feel appreciated and valued.
Self Checkout - this role involves playing an active role in loss prevention to ensure no theft is taking place, ensuring the area is always customer ready (bags stocked, areas tidy), and being mobile to best respond to the needs of the customers and guiding them to the next available checkout.
Gardening Team: In this role, you will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. If you're excited about the prospect of building a career in the retail industry and becoming an expert in all things gardening, this role will be perfect for you.
Fill Team - As part of the Evening Fill team you will be responsible for helping to clear product deliveries from the stockroom and display it on the shop floor. You will be making sure the products are priced and that promotions are clearly ticketed, the right signage, as well as the store is clean and tidy.
Price Integrity - In this role you will facilitate price changes, set-up promotions while ensuring all ticketing is accurate, execute merchandising to high standards, and feedback trading info to management.
Loss Prevention (Security) Officer - In this role, your primary focus will be on preventing shrinkage (theft) by monitoring security cameras, following procedures around recovery, and promoting a safe environment for both the team and customers.
Trading 2IC - As the Trading 2IC, you will assist the Trading Manager with everything Shopfloor related, including The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function. You will demonstrate great leadership of the teams in these areas.
Shopfloor Team - You will thrive in our fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done on time without compromising service standards. You understand that success is a team effort, whether it's collecting trolleys from the car park, restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, ticketing products, or providing excellent customer service.
Stockroom - You'll be responsible for tasks such as devanning, operating forklift and reach truck, and ensuring timely receipt of stock in accordance with in-store processes and guidelines. Maintaining cleanliness and handling waste and recycling appropriately will also be part of your role.
Sales Support 2IC - As Sales Support 2IC, you will work closely with the Sales Support Manager to assist in leading and developing your team in all customer critical processes at the "Front End"
Service Desk - In this role, you will be based at our customer service desk. This role entails assisting our customers with their inquiries, processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. You will also support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as required.
Trolley Team - You know it takes working as part of a team to be successful whether it's collecting trolleys from the car park, restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, ticketing products, and of course helping your customers
Trading 2IC (Warehouse Stationery)- As the Trading 2IC, you will support the Trading Manager in all areas of Stationery, Entertainment and Technology, to assist with the delivery and maintenance of merchandising standards, Managers Trading Plan and oversee the implementation of planograms.
Copy Centre - In the Copy Centre role, we require someone with an unflappable nature and a passion for service. You will get involved with photocopying, binding, laminating, creating in-store mugs and canvas, and helping with personalised product ordering.
Furniture/Technology Assistant - Keep the Furniture/Technology department looking fantastic by cleaning, ticketing and replenishing stock, when not busy helping customers with all of their furniture and tech needs!
