Harvey Norman has an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Operator to join our Accounts Payable team! Located at our Head Office in Manukau, this role is full-time, working Monday to Friday allowing for a work-life balance.
About the Role
We are looking for someone with speed an accuracy to join our hardworking AP team.
In this role, you will:
- Sort and prepare documents for data entry
- Enter, update and verify data into our systems
- Ensure all relevant Company policies and procedures are followed
- Undertake general administrative duties as required
About You
Your success in this role will depend on:
- Strong attention to detail as well as fast and accurate data entry skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to process high volumes of invoices daily
- Experience organising files, including Excel spreadsheets, EFT remittances and other documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build constructive, effective relationships across the business and with external parties
However, full training will be provided and you will have a very supportive team to assist in your development.
