We're looking for one person to work 35 hours per week and another to work 25 hours, these hours do include some weekend work.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Taking a passionate interest in each customer to understand their needs as the first point of contact
  • Making sure every customer interaction is a lasting one
  • Having consistency with every customer interaction in a fast paced environment
  • Pro-actively exploring  customers enquiries, looking at how you can consistently add value in every customer interaction
  • Being a supportive and actively involved team player - contributing ideas to continually improving our customer experience

To shine in this role, we are looking for 2 great team players who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment:

  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience, with a drive to deliver exceptional customer experience at every touch point
  • You will be flexible to support the workflow of your peers and be comfortable to participate in shift rosters and on-call rosters as and when needed
  • Great communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Customer issue management and resolution experience
  • A passion for interacting and learning about people
  • A drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touch point
  • A great work ethic and a can-do positive attitude
  • Attention to detail while multi-tasking
  • Ability to adapt and progress
