This is a busy varied role and a strong match for someone who gets what good customer service looks and feels like.
You will be based in-store at our customer service desk, and your role focuses on helping customers. This could vary from: assisting our customers with their inquiries, right through to processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. Alongside, you will support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as needed.
