Mō te tūranga | About the Role

As the MarTech Capability Specialist, you'll work with stakeholders across Digital and related parts of Westpac NZ to plan, implement, and continuously improve our digital analytics, testing, personalisation, audience segmentation and tag management capabilities.

You'll leverage your subject matter expertise and experience, vendor management and problem-solving abilities to translate business requirements and designs into solutions to help us understand and optimise interactions on our websites and mobile apps.

This role directly supports the governance and strategic direction of our digital analytics to derive customer insights and power data driven solutions to support customer and business outcomes. This role will be instrumental in establishing effective sustainable processes and standards that work across our varied digital deliveries.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

  • Subject matter expertise in digital analytics, testing, personalisation, audience segmentation and tag management particularly best practice implementation and configuration of Adobe Marketing Cloud products across web and mobile app experiences. Google Analytics 4 experience in addition an advantage
  • Experience facilitating successful deliveries working in cross-functional agile delivery team environments at scale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - able to translate complex information into appropriate forms to guide and influence delivery and management teams alike
  • Significant and sound relationship building, negotiation, coaching, collaboration and persuasion skills
