Job Description
We are looking to hire casual housekeeping staff. The successful applicant must be reliable, honest, adaptable, have great attention to detail and enjoy working in the hospitality industry. Experience in general housekeeping duties preferable but not essential. Hours of work are from 9:15am onwards, will vary as required and may differ from week to week on a rostered basis, including weekend work. Work may also be offered at short notice. Immediate start.
Duties include:
1. Clean rooms and public areas in accordance with rosters and/or daily objectives in a timely manner.
2. Ensure that all standards are met and that set procedures are followed.
3. Follow and adhere to all health and safety processes and report any issues or possible hazards.
4. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
5. Receive any customer requests or complaints and fulfil or pass on to management as appropriate.
6. Maintain absolute customer privacy and respect customer property.
7. Maintain an excellent relationship with management and stakeholders
8. Assist with other duties as directed.
