Quality and Compliance Support Specialist

NZ Post's International Mail Centre and our new Auckland Processing Centre based in Wiri are the gateways for all mail and parcels coming in and out of New Zealand.
Working as part of a team of Quality and Compliance Support Specialists, you'll co-ordinate compliance and activities across our sites.
You'll essentially be responsible for carrying out the compliance plan and activities, with a key focus on aviation security, border security, regulatory compliance and safety. From auditing activities, to drafting SOP's, training staff on correct methodologies and procedures, you'll get involved in a variety of key quality and compliance programmes of work.
Mōu - About you
You may be in a Quality Assurance role looking to take the next step or you may come from a logistics or manufacturing background and have experience with RMP. Either way you'll need to be flexible in responding to the varying demands of the role as the position will see you influencing people, taking a hands-on approach to understanding the operation and bringing a quality focus to all that you do.
Key to your success will be your proactive and flexible approach that will ensure that you slot into the team with ease.
