This is a Full Time –12-month Fixed Term position located in Manukau.

Harvey Norman Online has an amazing opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Live Chat team. This role is customer focused working from Sunday to Thursday with one weekday evening shift finishing at 8pm, and while shifts are set, no day is the same!

Experience within the retail industry or sales would be advantageous, however the main attributes we are looking for are: 

  • Pride yourself on your customer service by assisting our customers to find the answers to questions and help them to make informed decisions
  • A passion for customer service and the latest products and services (although training will be provided to keep you on the forefront)
  • Excellent communication, understanding, and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on written English, are super important to align customer’s expectations and needs
  • Flexibility across trading hours including public holidays when required, and late-night trades.
