As an installation specialist at one of our stores, you will deliver and install products to our customers homes. With this role often being the last point of contact with our valued customers, you will create a memorable customer experience all the while building a lasting relationship. This role will involve engaging with the customer to determine the best way to bring the product into the home, unpacking and installing the product and removal of old products and packaging if requested.
We expect you will already be pretty tech savvy and know your way around the hardware, however we will train you of course on everything you need to know.
This is a permanent full time position covering the following shifts:
Qualifications
Dealing with stock on a daily basis requires an individual that is a reliable team player who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and plowing through the work! You will have a head that works to constant deadlines ensuring all your deliveries reach the customer on time. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
But what it really comes down to is a customer-focused attitude - oh and a few muscles as there's heavy lifting involved - daily!
As you will be required to drive a company vehicle, you must have a Full NZ driver's license.
