Key Performance Areas:

Delivery and pick up of equipment as required

Provide in home and/or off site demonstrations as required

Have a sound knowledge of stocked products

Undertake repairs to equipment as required within capabilities

Assess the needs and assist customers to select the correct mobility equipment to suit their needs

Provide support to Director as required

Key Behaviours:

Person needs to be patient and understanding. Be confident to contribute to a clients decision making. Be able to multi task. Have patience with customers and have good communication skills. Strong customer service focus.

This role is ideally suited to an active, fit mature job seeker

Full drivers license essential

Computer competency required

The role requires a degree of personal fitness with lifting and pushing required

Some mechanical experience desirable but not essential
