Key Performance Areas:
Delivery and pick up of equipment as required
Provide in home and/or off site demonstrations as required
Have a sound knowledge of stocked products
Undertake repairs to equipment as required within capabilities
Assess the needs and assist customers to select the correct mobility equipment to suit their needs
Provide support to Director as required

Full drivers license essential
Computer competency required
The role requires a degree of personal fitness with lifting and pushing required
Some mechanical experience desirable but not essential
