About the opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Team Leader to join our Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) department. This newly created position is an opportunity to put your stamp on a growing area of the business.

Working closely with our experienced Fibreglass Supervisor, you’ll be leading by example on the shop floor – preparing moulds, applying release agents and reinforcing materials, blending resin and chemicals in our 2-tonne tanks, and facilitating daily formwork projects, everyday is slightly different.

You’ll play a central role in the production of our LIFEGUARD® enclosures, helping drive quality, streamline processes and support continuous innovation. This is a physical, dynamic, and rewarding role for someone who thrives on getting involved and making things happen.

To be successful, you will have:

• Prior experience is not necessary as long as you are willing to learn have the right work ethic and attitude.
• The job is hands on, so must be physically fit and prepared to get your hands dirty.
• You can work both independently and as a team, showing initiative to work in a flexible manner to manage workload.
• Team player with good people and relationship skills also is firm when necessary.
• ·A high level of personal engagement and energy especially under pressure
• A good level of computer literacy
