Pōneke is on the cusp of transformational change, responding to many of the challenges cities around the world are facing, while delivering an inclusive, sustainable, and creative capital for people to live, work and play.
We are set to deliver the most ambitious capital works programme our city has ever seen. The Infrastructure & Delivery group is central to much of this mahi - including delivering the renewal programme for Council owned properties.
And to help us on this journey, we are looking for a Property Manager responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and community properties, including those operated by Council Controlled Organisations (CCOs). Providing expert technical advice, manage leases, support capital projects, and ensure our facilities are well-maintained and legally compliant, this is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and wants to contribute to the long-term development and functionality of Pōneke.
