Combine your administrative and organisational skills in this Product Co-ordinator position in our Manukau Head Office! We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable person to provide essential administrative support to our Computers division. This full-time position plays a key role in coordinating product-related and marketing support activities.

About the Role

As the Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end administration of the product lifecycle. This includes assisting with data management, documentation, reporting, and the administration side of product and advertising initiatives. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and support team operations will be vital to the success of this role.

Some key tasks will include:

• Provide administrative support for product setup, updates, and product maintenance.
• Liaise with supplier partners on admin related requirements to support the department.
• Provide administrative support for advertising and promotional activities.
• Prepare reports on product performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication across departments.

About You

We are looking for an organised professional who is able to work autonomously and in a team.

Some attributes we are looking for include:

• Proven retail industry experience.
• Quick learner organised with administrative skills.
• Strong product and marketing skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
