We require Commercial and Residential agents with a current salespersons certificate to assist with utilizing our loyal client database. Flexible work hours. 

        Qualifications & Experience 

• Current Salesperson Certificate required.

• NZ Full Drivers License Required

• Own Car/Transport Required.

  Tasks & responsibilities

  • Prepare market appraisals and comparative analysis for sales or lease.

  • Market property, arrange viewings and organize adverts.

  • Negotiate with clients and build business relationships.

  • Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote them to qualified buyers.

  • Prospect new client relationships and engage with other industry professionals.

  • Strong negotiation abilities are essential to securing the best deals for clients

  • Proficiency in technology and marketing.
