Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

As a Network Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting strategic customers and driving operational excellence across our network. You'll be the go-to expert for specialised products like food kit customers and seasonal products, Perishables, Dangerous Goods, R18, XL, and promotional campaigns - ensuring we deliver safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.

You'll also:

• Lead the development of industry-leading policies and processes
• Support compliance and risk mitigation across specialised services
• Coordinate bespoke customer activities and network projects
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and reduce costs
• Act as a key liaison for strategic customers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs

Mōu - About you

We're looking for someone who's quick to learn, collaborative, and passionate about delivering great outcomes. You'll have:

• Experience managing projects in complex operational environments
• A knack for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ideally, exposure to data analysis, lean or six sigma methodologies

A tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
