Your role is to document compliance against company behaviours and practices, elevating their customer experience and helping them build a consumer preferred and trusted brand.
Responsibilities:
Visit various car dealerships/shops/venues within a specific timeframe.
Understand the "brief" or "requirements" of the visit.
Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop.
Submit your survey findings online within the deadline.
Skills needed:
Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and can work within strict reporting deadlines.
Must have regular access to email, internet, computer/laptop or iPad/tablet and a Smart Phone.
Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills.
High level of communication, spelling and grammar skills.
A full drivers licence
Must be 18 years or older to participate in mystery shopping assignments
