Marketing Specialist - 6 month role

  • Start January 2026 with a new role and new focus
  • Fixed term role until end of June 2026
  • Highbrook based with flexible working

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to jump in, hit the ground running, and help our international team deliver on some ambitious targets. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape targeted marketing activity, manage key communications, and support offshore growth initiatives.

You'll work closely with our Senior Business Marketing Manager and a mix of internal and external partners, so strong comms, clarity, and confident stakeholder management will be your superpowers.

You'll do that by:

  • Delivering targeted activity within our offshore market development plan
  • Creating sales collateral and enablement content to support pipeline growth
  • Leading go-to-market execution for our US sending solution
  • Managing customer communications for upcoming Customs requirement changes
  • Supporting the international team with quick-turn compliance and tech-related updates

Mōu - About you

You're an experienced B2B marketer, who can pick things up fast, confidently navigate stakeholders, and communicate clearly in a busy, globally-facing environment. You're comfortable with targeted B2B tactics and know how to bring marketing strategy to life in a practical, execution-focused way.

You'll combine that with:

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Experience with account-based marketing or targeted digital activity (LinkedIn, Social media, segment-based outreach)
  • Ability to quickly understand technical or compliance changes and translate them into customer-ready messaging
  • Experience working within an international or global organisation or offshore markets is hugely beneficial
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and keeping things moving
