Drive the Learning and Capabilities for Harvey Norman New Zealand in this active Advisor role.
We are looking for an experienced and confident instructional designer and learning developer to join our People Operations Team as the Learning and Capability Advisor. You will collaborate with the training teams from each of our departments to ensure a cohesive training approach across the business.
This role plays a key part in the design, development and implementation of learning solutions for the Harvey Norman NZ operation. Some of the key responsibilities include:
Liaise with the training managers within each of our departments and work in partnership with subject matter experts to design and develop quality learning content, material and resources, including e-learning.
Provide specialist advice on learning and development activities.
