Ryhaven Charitable Trust helps homeowners in the Wellington region to get repairs to their home where normal opportunities for finance are not available.
Many families do not have access to affordable finance (or indeed in some cases, any finance) to carry out much needed improvements of their homes so that their families are kept warm and dry.
We aim to assist families who own their own home but lack the resources to maintain it in a reasonably habitable state.
Our normal scope of works include renovating or repairing bathrooms. laundries, toilets and kitchen's.
We add new ventilation systems and ensure the houses are watertight.
