Puketotara Station

Puketotara Station Situated in North Waikato, 20 minutes north west from Huntly in the Ruawaro area and 50 minutes from Hamilton. Puketotara Station is 1188ha of which 950 Hectares is approximately the grazing platform made up of productive flats to rolling and some steeper hill country and native bush out the back. The main focus is finishing livestock to their potential weights with using an all grass-based system. We are looking for a bright enthusiastic person to become part of our team at Puketotara Station. We run an intensive bull grazing operation and do winter lambs and some cropping depending on the season. The farm is divided up into blocks and there is an opportunity to run one or part of one of the blocks depending on experience. Stock is rotated regularly which requires good stockperson skills, an eye for detail and good record keeping. Depending on experience there is an opportunity for this person to also run Lamb trading operation over winter....
