Reporting to the Regional Manager - South Island, you'll lead the mail, courier and rural provincial delivery operations across Otago, building high-perform..ing teams that deliver every day.
You'll guide a motivated, multi-layered operation, leading through experienced people leaders and working closely with frontline and contractor teams to support processing and customer-facing staff focused on what Kiwis care about most.
Key to your success in this role is putting safety first, commercial savvy and service perform..ance, team engagement & productivity results.

It is a big job, day to day the role is Monday to Friday, however, real flexibility in working hours will be required to provide visibility to the teams as the site is operational 24/7.
This role covers a broad geographical area including rural & provincial Otago and surrounds, so some travel is expected as part of the role and a company vehicle is provided as part of your package.
