This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role you can expect to:

  • Manage a team of Production Controllers operating SCADA and the flow of freight over our automation sortation system
  • Partner with Operations Managers and Network Operations Control to optimise site performance
  • Monitor and adjust throughput and workforce deployment in real time
  • Lead the execution of our Management Operating System and continuous improvement rhythms
  • Support the Processing Centre Manager, stepping up when needed and learning the full scope of our operations—including international flows

This is a Monday to Friday role, however as we are a 24/7 operation there is a requirement to be available outside of core business hours to meet the demands of our business

  • Strong commercial nous, including hands-on experience managing budgets and P&L performance
