What you will be doing?
As a Whiteware Specialist, you will play a crucial part in creating a unique experience for our customers. Working in an exclusive environment and specialising in cooktops, ovens, rangehoods, and kitchen whiteware, you will work closely with your customers, promoting and selling the world's leading cooking and whiteware brands providing them with specialist advice and high value solutions. Being able to build and maintain relationships with customers is key, as some days you may be selling package deals to a customer renovating or building a house, or to tradesmen and businesses. The Whiteware Specialists will also offer in-store demonstrations, creating interactive experiences while showcasing the features and benefits of the latest products.
Hours of work are Tuesday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working within a sales lead environment. You will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and spot and secure potential sales opportunities.
Knowledge of various kitchenware and whiteware is beneficial, as is industry knowledge and a passion for selling and building relationships with customers.
Above all, we are looking for someone who knows what it takes to deliver polished customer service and will go the extra mile to ensure customers' expectations are exceeded.
