This role is perfect for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can remain calm under pressure, as you'll sometimes need to find the right words to resolve customer issues.
This position involves making calls to customers and handling various administrative tasks, so having a friendly phone manner along with strong written and verbal communication skills is a must. The ability to quickly learn computer systems and a genuine interest in technology are essential!
