  • Be the operational glue across Data, Technology and Product

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

This is the role that truly herds the cats.  You will take the operational and administrative load off senior Data and Technology leaders so they can focus on strategy, delivery and outcomes.

Working across Technology Development, Data and Enterprise Architecture, and Product Delivery, you will create rhythm, visibility and discipline. From pulling together manual financial reports to tracking delivery progress, organising governance forums and making sure actions actually happen, you are the person who keeps momentum strong and surprises low.

You will be central to delivery coordination, leadership support and cross team communication, ensuring people have what they need, when they need it.

You'll do that by:

  • Coordinating delivery cycles, tracking priorities, sequencing and dependencies
  • Consolidating reporting including manual financial inputs and monthly business packs
  • Managing rhythms including calendars, governance forums and follow ups
  • Acting as a triage point for requests, risks and escalations across teams
  • Organising workshops, offsites and team health check activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, templates and delivery cadence

Mōu - About you

You thrive in organised chaos.  You are comfortable chasing information, pulling fragmented inputs into something coherent and holding people accountable without damaging relationships.

You are confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complexity into clear updates and actions. You are calm under pressure, detail focused and not afraid to follow up three times if that is what it takes to get the right information.

You'll have:

  • 3+ years experience in delivery coordination, PMO, product operations or similar
  • Advanced Excel capability with confidence managing manual financial reporting
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a technology environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build trusted cross functional relationships
  • A proactive, pragmatic approach with sound judgement and resilience
