Help shape the spaces our people work in, and make an impact across Aotearoa

  • Manage a portfolio of mainly leased commercial properties and help keep us running smoothly
  • Join an iconic Kiwi organisation with a genuine purpose
  • Get hands on with client-side project management and tenant liaison for minor works and small fitouts
  • Enjoy hybrid working from our Wellington CBD office

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

As one of our Property Managers, you'll play a key role in shaping the experience of our teams by delivering practical, people-focused commercial property solutions.

You'll join a supportive team where each person manages their own commercial property portfolio. Yours will span our South Island sites, as well as Upper Hutt and Porirua.  Together, you'll help ensure our workplaces are safe, functional and fit for purpose.

Day-to-day, you'll take the lead on managing site expenses and risks, keeping leases in order, and maximising income where possible.  You'll handle lease renewals, variations and rent reviews, and you'll also contribute to wider business projects that help us evolve how, and where, our people work.

Mōu - About you

We're looking for someone who's energised by problem-solving, relationship-building and making sure people have the right spaces to do their best work.

You might already be working in commercial property, law, business or a similar field, or you might be a recent property graduate ready to take the next step.  What matters most is your confidence to work independently, make sound decisions and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

You'll be someone who builds trust quickly and works well with busy operational leaders, turning complex property needs into clear next steps.

Alongside that, you'll bring:

  • Strong commercial contract negotiation skills
  • Experience with commercial property leases
  • Experience using specialised property management systems
  • Solid spreadsheet and financial analysis capability
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment

If you're looking for a role where your work genuinely supports people across the country, and where no two days look the same, then we'd love to hear from you.
