About the role:
As an Exam Invigilator,  you’ll provide customer-focused, quality, and security-driven exam delivery to our candidates. You’ll be the main point of contact for candidates on exam day, ensuring exams run smoothly and securely. 

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up the exam centre
• Check candidate identification and exam materials
• Supervise exams, maintaining a distraction-free environment
• Prevent and report any cheating or inappropriate behaviour
• Complete post-exam administration and reporting
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and health and safety standards
• Assist with training new invigilators and maintaining stock

What we’re looking for:

• Eligible to work in New Zealand and agree to a Ministry of Justice criminal conviction check
• Not currently teaching or working for a training organisation.
• Able to work independently and follow procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Must be available Weekends and some weekdays
