An opportunity exists for an experienced personal assistant/administrator to oversee the day-to-day financial affairs for two beneficiaries of a private family trust. The Opportunity Reporting to the Trustees, the successful candidate will be responsible for payment of accounts, cash flow management, bookkeeping and supplier oversight across a portfolio of personal and trust interests.  Duties span from routine bookkeeping and processing in Xero through to the planning and delivery of ad hoc projects, such as travel arrangements.
