You might recognise this role as a Charge Hand - the roles are very similar. Day to day, you are there to support our high performing processing team who are responsible for parcel sorting at our Syd Bradley Road Processing Centre .
You'll engage and support the team by communicating and setting objectives. The Support Leader is also responsible for ensuring NZ Post's parcel and mail product is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
