IVS is seeking expressions of interest from motivated individuals to join our Inspection Services team in a casual Inspector role. This position supports a wide range of operational areas, including the IVS Biosecurity Programme , vehicle border inspections , and the Multi‑Transitional Facility Programme .
About the Role
This is a casual, flexible position ideal for someone looking to pick up a few hours of work each week.
Some weeks may involve only a few hours
Other weeks may be busier depending on operational demand
This flexibility allows plenty of time for work–life balance, rest, recovery, and personal commitments
You’ll be working across a variety of sites, engaging with clients, and contributing to the protection of New Zealand’s biosecurity.
