We are looking for an operational Service Delivery Manager to join our Southland team based in Invercargill. In this role your focus will be on ensuring all products and services “first and last mile” are delivered & picked up, in a manner that meets our service standards and our customers' expectations.
What this really means is that you'll be responsible for leading and managing a service delivery team, Delivery Agents, Couriers and contractors.
This is an exciting role, no two days are ever the same, and you'll be involved in any or all of these things, from
Regular check-ins with your team
Managing team performance and site safety
Building internal culture and relationships
Provide reporting / analysis
Managing rosters and budgets
Recruiting and onboarding new teams
